We don't ask you to compromise your values or turn end-of-life care into a transaction. Instead, we provide the practical frameworks that allow you to sustain and build on the work you're called to do. Think of it less as "building a business" and more as creating the foundations that let you keep showing up for the people who need you—without burnout, without financial risk and stress, without the overwhelm that forces so many passionate practitioners to step away from this vital work. This program honours both your purpose and your need for sustainability, because the death-positive movement needs your gifts for the long term.

Vision to Venture

A supportive, community-based learning experience

Maven Bridge and Willow EOL have formed a partnership to actively support, strengthen and grow the positive death practitioners sector in Australia and New Zealand. The partnership in Australasia (Australia and NZ) is a natural fit; we are all committed to supporting positive death literacy. Our final chapters need to celebrate our life is not lived in fear.

Willow’s tools and workshops that are used globally, to enhance the work of end-of-life practitioners and professionals are fully supported in Australia. The unique Vision to Venture program will strengthen and support our industry of positive-death workers in a guided, yet strutured way.

Meet the team

Willow EOL online training and programs developed for heart-led practitioners who are passionate about changing the conversation about death and dying from one of fear to empowerment.

Founded in Canada by Reena Lazar, in 2019, the Willow EOL Educator® Program was born. Debra White joined the team and is the creator of Vision to Venture and a High-Performance Business Coach for the Tony Robbins organisation. Debra's background spans grief work, end-of-life education and care, curriculum design, and mindset coaching, all rooted in two decades of guiding people through moments of deep transition.

Down Under, the team is growing, with Willow Workshop educator program delivered by Jacqui Williams, End of Life Transitions and now joined by Donna Foster, Maven Bridge, as licenced Willow EOL educators, to support the growing tribe in Australasia. We are building a community, with online groups and in-person events.
