Maven Bridge is supporting the Dying to Know movement to share information about Death and Dying. We start with the annual Dying to Know Day event.

10:30 am - 11:30 am

Workshop: 5 Steps for Successful End-of-Life Planning ConversationsThere's a lot of talk these days about the importance of preparing for your someday, one-day inevitable death while you're still healthy enough to do that. Whether you are thinking about your own end-of-life planning, or want to facilitate plans for someone else, it really helps to talk about it first. Talking about death can be a challenge, this workshop guides you through 5 steps for having successful and meaningful end-of-life planning conversations.

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm followed by a cuppa and a chat

Panel Session: Q&A about those questions you have been "dying" to ask!

This is an opportunity to hear from those who work with death and dying in their organisations as they share experiences and answer questions. So many of us have wondered about death and dying but didn't know who we could talk to. Take this opportunity to engage with our panel to learn about a range of subjects from the practicalities of funerals and financial planning must know's to understanding that there options that can align to your wishes and your values. Stay a bit longer and join us for afternoon tea and an opportunity to chat further with our panel members.
